On Saturday it was announced that Satoru Iwata passed away. Here is the Official statement from Nintendo:
Satoru Iwata been having complication for a minute now. After having surgery he tweeted that he was getting better. Well it seem that he wasn’t. Goes to show that no man know the hour when ya time is gonna be. Either way Satoru was a programmer before becoming the CEO of Nintendo. Doing games like Earthbound and Ballon Fight. Never heard of Balloon Fight but he went through the good times of Nintendo. Y’all know I am talking about the DS and Wii. He also been through the later half of the bad times. Cough* Wii-U….. This is a hard hit for Nintendo. Many fans will mourn his death.
