On the 21st of April 2016 here in the British Virgin Islands we celebrated the Queens 90th Birthday. To celebrate that day we got a day off. How awesome was that. There was also a parade in her honor.
One thing I must say that I am very proud of is my countries heritage. Many of our country men and women molded this country to what we see now. The vision they had back then when no one saw it gave us this beautiful country that we live in now.
Although we celebrated the Queens Birthday it was also a time to reflect on the accomplishments we made. The national pride gave me chills as I saw the pictures of what was then and what we have now is amazing.
